Annual Golf Tournament

Saturday, August 28, 2010, 9:00 am

at the Fairview Lakeside Golf Course

The entry fee for the tournament will be $50 per person or $200 per team.

Tee time will be 9:00 a.m. with a shotgun start.

Registration and prepayment must be turned in to the Chamber office on or before

August 18, 2010. Call the Fairview Chamber of Commerce at 580-227-2527

for more information.

All Participants will be eligible to compete for 5 Hole-In-One Prizes,

including a New Chevrolet Impala,

sponsored by Pete Eischen Chevrolet. 

   Free BBQ lunch will be provided
